Filipinos are passionate sports fans — and that passion goes well beyond just watching. Whether it's catching a PBA game on a weeknight, following the national volleyball team, or staying up late for a boxing bout, sports are deeply woven into everyday life here. 899jl Sports was put together with that in mind.
The sportsbook at 899jl covers the events Philippine bettors actually care about — local leagues like the PBA, international basketball with the NBA, football competitions from the Premier League to the La Liga, boxing matches featuring Filipino fighters, and a growing esports section that covers Mobile Legends and other titles popular across Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao.
All bets are placed in Philippine Peso. There is no currency conversion, no confusing exchange rates — you deposit in PHP, you bet in PHP, and any winnings are credited back to your account in PHP. That straightforward approach extends to the platform itself: the interface is clean, the markets are easy to navigate, and the live betting section updates in real time so you can follow the action as it happens.

Every wager and payout uses Philippine Peso. No conversion fees or exchange rate surprises.
SSL-encrypted connections and account verification keep your bets and balance protected.
From Philippine-first sports like basketball and boxing to global competitions in football, tennis, and esports — here is what the 899jl sportsbook covers.
Basketball is the most-followed sport in the Philippines and naturally the most active category on 899jl Sports. You can bet on PBA games throughout the Commissioner's Cup and Philippine Cup seasons, plus NBA regular season and playoff matchups. Markets include moneyline, spread, over/under, and individual quarter betting. In-play odds are available for live games so you can adjust your position as the score changes.
Football coverage at 899jl spans the top European leagues and major international competitions. Bet on English Premier League fixtures, La Liga matches, the UEFA Champions League, and World Cup qualifying rounds. The Philippine national team and local leagues are also covered when in season. Available markets include Asian Handicap, total goals, both teams to score, correct score, and first goalscorer.
Boxing has a special place in Philippine sports culture. 899jl covers world title fights and major bouts — including cards featuring Filipino boxers across weight classes. Bet on the winner by decision or KO, the round of stoppage, and whether the fight goes the distance. Major events are available for pre-fight betting well in advance, with in-play odds available for select high-profile cards.
Volleyball has grown into one of the most-watched sports on Philippine television, and 899jl reflects that. The sportsbook covers UAAP volleyball — including the women's and men's divisions — along with PNVF-sanctioned competitions and international tournaments. Markets include match winner, set betting, and total sets. In-play options are available during live matches for faster, set-by-set wagering.
Esports betting at 899jl is one of the fastest-growing sections on the platform. Mobile Legends Bang Bang is the marquee title, covering MPL Philippines season matches and international invitational events. DOTA 2, CS2, and Valorant are also included for international tournament coverage. Bet on match winners, map results, first blood, and total kills. In-play markets are available during select live broadcasts.
Beyond the headline sports, 899jl also covers tennis Grand Slams and ATP/WTA tour events, major league baseball, MMA including UFC cards, and international badminton tournaments. The selection expands around major sporting calendars throughout the year, so there are consistently new events and markets available for bettors who follow a wide range of sports beyond the Philippine favourites.
The 899jl sportsbook pulls in fixtures from local Philippine leagues and the biggest international competitions running across any given week. Whether it's a Tuesday night PBA game in Araneta, an early-morning Premier League fixture in Manchester, or an MPL Philippines match in Quezon City, you'll find it listed and ready to bet on.
The league list updates alongside the sporting calendar — major tournaments like the FIBA World Cup, AFC Asian Cup, and major boxing events are added as scheduled, so you always have something relevant to follow and wager on throughout the year.
Whether you prefer a simple match winner or a more detailed prop bet, the 899jl sportsbook gives you a range of wagering options across most events.
Pick the outright winner of a match or event. The simplest and most straightforward bet type — ideal if you're starting out with sports betting.
One team starts with a points advantage or deficit. Popular for basketball and football — it levels out mismatched games and keeps both sides interesting to bet on.
Bet on whether the total score or stat (points, goals, sets) will be above or below a set number. Works across all major sports — basketball, football, volleyball, and more.
Place bets while the game is happening. Odds shift in real time as the score changes, giving you the chance to react to what you're watching as it unfolds.
Predict the exact final score of a match. Higher odds than a straight moneyline — most common in football and available for select basketball fixtures.
Wager on which player scores first or wins the match MVP. Available on major basketball and football fixtures, adding a player-level dimension to your bet.
Combine multiple picks into a single bet. All selections must be correct to win, but the combined odds can be significantly higher than any single-event wager.
Bet on the overall winner of a league or tournament before the season ends. Available for PBA, NBA, Premier League, Champions League, and major esports circuits.
